NP Technologies Model NP-518 / 500-1000 MHz / 150 Watt
This RF amplifier has a gain of 58 dB and a P-1 of 100 watts typical. Designed for linear power this is a class A/AB amplifier and uses rugged MOSFET Transistors. the NP-518 will handle a load VSWR of 4.0:1 up to 100 watts and includes input overdrive and thermal shutdown protection.
